Job description

After a thorough training and training period, you will have the necessary insights as an administrative assistant to perform the site administration involving multiple tasks. You will certainly be involved in the following:

  • You process and distribute the incoming and outgoing mail of the sites, together with your colleague.
  • You complete the outgoing site correspondence.
  • You prepare and follow up the progress statements and also prepare the outgoing invoices.
  • You prepare the files for the site manager.
  • You register subcontractors with social security, you request KLIP and KLIM data, etc.
  • You are the administrative support of the sites.
  • You contact public authorities and engineering offices (by telephone and by mail).

Profile

  • You are bilingual French and Dutch.
  • You are able to work independently and have a great interest in all aspects of your duties.
  • You are solution-oriented, highly flexible and stress-resistant.
  • You are punctual, accurate and orderly and have an analytical and result-oriented way of thinking.
  • You have a very good command of Dutch and French.
  • You know the usual office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, …) inside out.
  • Experience with Wic and KPD are a plus.
