A new tank terminal is being built at the Delwaide dock in the port of Antwerp, for which extensive modifications to the existing infrastructure were needed. Viabuild constructed a new 920m sewerage line as well as 15 custom concrete chambers. A new outflow was built through the existing quay wall under the water line. This was followed by rebuilding the foundations and asphalt pavements.

During the works, drainage was required along the entire route in view of the high groundwater level at the Delwaide dock. Viabuild also provided temporary drainage for rainwater.
The concrete chambers and pipes were ordered, manufactured and installed within 3 months, ensuring that the works were delivered to Sea Tank on time.
