Viabuild Asfaltwerken has extensive experience and expertise in the construction of asphalt surfacing.

Thanks to the know-how and diversity of Viabuild’s modern range of machinery and the experienced teams, we are able to carry out high-return projects (motorways, airports, structural maintenance works, etc.) as well as the construction of private industrial sites and small or medium-sized car parks to the highest quality standards. We set the benchmark in the sector for constructing sports grounds as well as athletics and cycling tracks or tennis courts.

In addition to traditional asphalting, Viabuild is also an experienced specialist in sealing and mastic asphalt for all kinds of applications. This watertight type of asphalt is used as surfacing on, among other things, car park roofs, bridge surfaces, footpaths and bicycle paths. Thanks to our employees’ craftsmanship, we are able to offer the highest quality of mastic asphalt in both processing and application.

Viabuild has two plants for the production of asphalt and is COPRO certified. Both plants are equipped with all the latest technology. At the Grimbergen plant, Viabuild are committed to sustainable and socially responsible business practices. The rubble from asphalt surfaces is reused as much as possible for the production of new asphalt mixtures. This reduces the emission of CO2 gases and the purchase of primary raw materials. Mastic asphalt is produced at the asphalt plant in Haren.
