In recent years, Viabuild has evolved from a traditional road construction company to a comprehensive infrastructure player focusing on increasingly complex and large-scale projects. Square Group has also experienced significant development, with its subsidiary Aclagro active in infrastructure works, demolition, and soil remediation, as well as AC Materials. Recently, Meulders (Heist-op-den-Berg) was acquired, expanding AC Materials’ operations—specializing in concrete plants and the recycling of demolition debris—to five locations in Flanders.
