Project leader Infra Wallonia

Job description

In the infra business unit, we mainly focus on projects in the industry in which safety, quality and planning definitely are the top priorities of our customers. In partnership with our customers, suppliers and subcontractors, we constantly strive to deliver high-quality projects.

 

For our construction sites in Wallonia we are seeking to recruit a Project leader.

• You develop and manage projects in Wallonia by deploying people and resources.
• You monitor the budgets in order to optimally realize the project within the set deadlines and budgets.
• You closely follow-up on the execution deadlines and the construction site and order any necessary adjustments.
• You monitor the procedures and executions within the framework of safety/quality/environment.
• You have a commercial mindset.
• You make correct and clear agreements and ensure that they are observed.
• You are in contact with various departments such as purchasing, calculations, dispatching and plants…

In this position, you report to the Business Unit Manager.

 

Profile

• You preferably have a degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent through experience.
• In this position, we expect a minimum of 10 years of experience as a project leader, preferably in road construction and in the field of sewerage.
• You have a commercial mindset.
• You can work independently and can handle pressure.
• You have excellent communication skills, have an excellent knowledge of French and are doing all right in English.
• You have the appropriate sense of responsibility, the ability to work independently, attention for detail and flexibility in dealing with various tasks.
• You are willing to travel.
