Sales Coordinator

Job description

As a Sales Coordinator you are responsible for the preparation of sales meetings, reporting, organisation of pre-sales leads, information about the follow-up of offers, etc. Shortly, you are the centre point within the daily operation of the business development and telesales department at Viabuild!.  Furthermore you are responsible for customer satisfaction, the pre-qualification files and customer management (via Teamleader).

  •  You support the sales activities of the commercial director and the business development managers.
  • You actively attend the internal sales meetings.
  • You will coordinate the daily sales administration: handling and analysing sales leads and competitions, all kinds of sales files, etc.
  • You will assist the commercial director in preparing tender and pre-qualification files.
  • You set up Pre-Qualifications and other files.
    To achieve this, you are particular responsible for:

    • Updating the many economic and legal certificates, the annual accounts, ISO certificates, insurance certificates, organisation charts, etc.
    • Updating internal CEO statements, head count certificates, rolling stock certificates, etc.
    • Updating HSEQ (Health Safety Environment Quality) documents.
    • The preparation and continuous updating of the reference lists, reference sheets, CVs, organograms, etc.
  • You monitor customer satisfaction, in approach, in management and in follow-up. You plan, coordinate and follow up on the projects to be called. You conduct telephone customer satisfaction interviews and provide monthly reports.
  • You keep the customer database up to date.

In this position you report to the Chief Financial Officer.

 

Profil

  • You have a Master’s degree in applied economic sciences, law, applied linguistics, construction or an equivalent.
  • You have 2-3 years of working experience in a similar function, preferably with a contractor in construction, infrastructure, groundworks, foundations an, architectural firm, an engineering firm, private or public client or equivalent.
  • You obviously have a very keen interest in the construction sector and its stakeholders.
  • You work fluently with Ariba and other Procurement Platforms, Sharepoints, etc.
  • You are very familiar with the common MS tools: Word, Excel, and PPT.
  • You have no trouble meeting deadlines for the submission of files, weekly lists, etc.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and are stress resistant.
  • You are extrovert & social.
  • You are proactive and problem solving.
  • You have commercial empathy and can engage well with customers.
