Quality Coordinator

Job description

 If you are passionate about quality, but also want to be involved in the support of projects and processes, you are our ideal candidate.

• You coordinate the quality aspects on a daily basis.
• You are responsible for managing and further developing the Quality Management System (ISO9001).
• You coordinate the projects within your field of expertise in compliance with the predetermined quality policy.
• You manage the SCC** system, including audits.
• You are responsible for the organisation and execution of the internal audits and the follow-up of external audits.
• You link the quality strategy to concrete preventive, corrective and corrective actions in consultation with the departments involved.
• On a regular basis, you will report on the results of the quality surveys that were conducted.
• You will work closely with the respective site managers, project supervisors and directors in order to improve quality.
• You are the contact person for both internal and external customers when it comes to quality.
• You give quality training to your colleagues.

In this position you are a member of the HSEQ department.

 

Profile

• You have at least a Bachelor degree or a similar level of experience.
• Experience with quality-related aspects and knowledge of the ISO9001:2015 standard and SCC is imperative. Knowledge of ISO45001 and ISO14001 is a plus.
• You have 5 years of experience with working in road construction or in the construction sector.
• You are able to work independently and you think in terms of processes.
• You are able to take quality to the next level.
• Having a green belt certification is a plus.
• You are proficient in Dutch and have a basic knowledge of French.
