The former industrial Eurobrokers site in Zellik (Asse) is being demolished. The National Bank of Belgium will build on these industrial premises its brand new “cash center”. This center will be operational by 2024, replacing the existing one currently located in the main building of the National Bank in Brussels.

Viabuild prepares the site for construction. The plants are cleared, materials containing asbestos are safely and professionally removed; technical installations are dismantled. The complete industrial building site, including offices, will be demolished. We are also responsible for the demolition of all hard landscaping including sewers. The site will finally be leveled by our teams.
