Demolition works in the heart of the European district. That is a challenge. Kaïros and Interbuild will realize a brand new office complex “BelNine” building at Belliard 9. Viabuild was awarded the asbestos removal, dismantling and demolition works of the existing 11-storey-office building.

Work could be done between 7 am and 5 pm on weekdays and weekends. The 11 above-ground and 3 underground building layers had to be demolished and remediated, respecting severe public area limitations. We deployed following equipment: 4T mini-excavators, crawler dumpers, a 30 and 40T crawler crane and a telescopic crane.
