A historical milestone, a new stage. We are proud to present our first major international assignment: the construction of a data center in Frankfurt am Main (Germany). This is also our very first project on German soil.

And it is an impressive project that consists of three major project parts: Data Center Main Hall & FOH, Substation Building and Generator Building. The data center has an area of ​​11,600 m² with concrete structures of approximately 13,000 m³, including 2,600 T of steel. This project requires above all a true working spirit of consultation and constructive cooperation with all project management, design, and construction site stakeholders, not at least due to the very intensive co-activity with all the contractors of the other trades and this on a rather complex and compact construction site.

Viabuild’s scope of works comprises the execution of the substructure and infrastructure works packages: earthworks, excavations, underground services & infrastructure, sewerage, the construction of rainwater buffer tanks, hard and soft landscaping works, concrete works up to and including the concrete slab. On top of these substructure and infrastructure works, Viabuild takes care of the in situ concrete superstructure works for the Generator and the Substation Building.
