The Ducadour construction site brings together different Viabuild departments: asbestos removal, demolition, road, sewer and asphalt works.

At first sight this job seems routine work. Nothing could be further away from the truth! Given the nature of the site, a crawler soil improvement installation and a sieving and crushing workshop had to be installed on the site itself. In this way, part of the demolition rubble could be reused on site. Since more than 300m² of underground cellars and tens of meters of tunnel were discovered during the earthworks, the works had to be handled with great caution. The project complexity was further increased due to the huge co-activity with contractors of other trades. Planning was the key to success. The various Viabuild departments worked together very smoothly. Top teamwork!
