Human Resources Administrator

Job description

As a human resources administrator, you are responsible for ensuring that all administrative matters concerning the Human Resources department are efficiently followed-up.

  • You take care of the HR department’s daily administration, ranging from the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and letters to the administrative follow-up of HR projects. You will follow up and attend to the administrative tasks of the Human Resources Manager and Business Partner.
  • Together with your colleagues, you keep the personnel files up-to-date and you see to the digitisation of everything.

In this position, you report to the Human Resources Manager.

 

Profile

  • You have preferably completed an administrative training or have similar experience. Ideally, you have at least 5 years’ experience in personnel administration and have a passion for HR.
  • You have an affinity with the construction industry.
  • Discretion is intrinsic to your personality.
  • You have the necessary level of maturity, good social skills and you are a great communicator.
  • You can work independently, but also enjoy working in a team.
  • You have a flexible mindset.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and can manage in French and English.
